Jamie started by remodeling homes, which lead to building spec homes. A dear friend of hers was a realtor and would help Jamie search for parcels of land. She enjoyed the hunt so much that she decided, she decided to get her real estate license. After selling her first spec home that she helped to build from the ground up, she had fallen in love with real estate. Coldwell Banker Realty came highly recommended from family and friends. After doing research, Jamie found that Coldwell Banker Realty was the most recognized brand nationally and internationally. Coldwell Banker Realty is also known for keeping agents continually educated and up to date in the now.

Ashley was born and raised in a construction and real estate family. She grew up looking for repos and land parcels, watching over her parents build spec homes, and being fascinated by real estate. Ashley earned an associates degree in graphic design from The Art Institute of California, San Diego while being mentored by her mother (Jamie) in real estate. Coldwell Banker Realty was the first brokerage she belonged to. Ashley was drawn to Coldwell Banker because not only are the agents given the best tools, but home buyers and sellers also have the most advantages across the board.
